Valentine’s Day Activities with Kids

In my life before kids I was never crazy about Valentine’s Day.  For some reason, now I love doing all kinds of things with the boys to celebrate the day of love.  I am hoping to check out at least one of these upcoming Valentine’s Day activities.

This Saturday February 5th, Red Land Library will be hosting their second annual Chocolate Fest.  It is from 11:30 am – 1:30 pm with a snow make up date of  Tuesday February 8th from 5:30-7:30 pm.   Library visitors may sample some chocolate will browsing the collections.  There will also be a valentine craft and cooking making for the kids as well as sampling the chocolate.    There is no charge for this event but donations will be accepted.  Registration is not required.

On Tuesday February 8th,Browns Orchard in Emigisville is offering their new story and craft event.  It is going to be a Valentine’s Day party, story, treat and make a card for someone special.  Cost is $5 per child.  Space is limited so call to register, their number is 717.767.4142.  I’m really hoping to check this out with Cole, I took the boys to their fall festival and we had a wonderful time.
