If you are like me you are constantly on the look out for fun, indoor things to do with your kids in the cold days of winter. I finally had the chance this past week to visit Tumble Town at the York Galleria with my youngest son. I always had good intentions of going there when my oldest was younger and it just didn’t happen.
I think I found my new favorite place to take my (almost) 3 year old.
My youngest son is a world different from my oldest. Maybe that’s why we never managed to get there. My oldest would be calm and content enough to go and sit at a library craft/story time or any other number of calm, quiet activities. He never really seemed to have a crazy amount of energy to burn off like my youngest.
Oh my dear, sweet Cole. The child who, just the other day, my husband and I found was just running in circles in the living room.
Tumble Town is RIGHT up his alley.
He had a great time on the big trampoline bouncing with his friends. Then onto the little ball pit. The only thing he didn’t brave was the big climbing tower with the interconnecting tubes. I think if his older brother was with him, he would have gone up no problem.
They have different rates based on if you drop your child or stay and they also give discounted group rates. We were there with a group of friends so it was only $6.00 for as long as we wanted to stay.
It is safe to say we found a place to go when Cole needs to burn off some of that pent up energy on these long cold winter days when we are stuck inside!
Oh and the best part of the day? He actually fell asleep on the way home!
